The Company
Destination Specialists is a Tanzanian based Tour Operator that specializes in Tailor-made, Budget and Luxury Lodge Safaris. We cater for small to large groups as well as individuals and Family. We have over the years kept our company small so that we are able to offer realistic, individualized and a more personal experience to all our clients. In order to be true to our objectives, mission and vision – we still in sync with our objective of providing quality adventure tours and Safaris at pocket friendly prices while at the same time giving back to the community through our social responsibility policy. Our ground handling services to foreign Tour Operators are rated among the Best in Tanzania.
Our Crew
Our Crews are natives and they have proper knowledge of their country and local languages of the East African Countries that we run our operations – Namely: Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda. All arrivals are well received, briefed and dropped to their respective hotels/lodges by our capable and experienced Tour Leaders. Our safari driver guides are well experienced who knows animal’s behavior and their locales and best time to spot them.
Our Safaris
Most of our trips span the very top destinations within east Africa that have the reputation of seeing the big Five and other wildlife species including all bird species. Most of our prominent tours include: Wildlife and Adventure Tours, Birding Safaris, Lodge Safaris, Walking and Eco Tours, Beach Safaris as well as Gorilla Trekking.
Tour Vehicles
Our vehicles are well serviced and maintained to withstand the roughest terrain of African roads that our trips may come across. We run mostly open roofed 4×4 Safari Land-cruisers that allow our clients to snap away and sometimes do superb photography, the large panoramic views allows for easy wildlife viewing with minimal effort.
Responsible Tourism
We promote responsible tourism in respect to the environment, local cultures and Wildlife as well as sponsor environmental and conservation projects. We are also committed to direct involvement in the funding of local Children’s home, educational Project and humanitarian supports.
